The story of Global-K began long before the .brand was founded

It started at home in childhood.
There I learned that kashrut is not only an obligation, but a way of life of mission and responsibility. My father, one of the founding figures of one of the largest kosher meat certifications in the world

taught us a belief, simple yet deep: When a Jew eats kosher — all his consciousness changes. I turned this foundation into a mission. When I entered the world of meat, I knew I was not entering only a project, but truly continuing a tradition and carrying a vision forward.
From this deep personal and family connection,

Our desire is to make kashrut accessible everywhere —

distributors in London, through restaurants in Paris, up to Jewish communities in Budapest and Berlin.

We are building a global network that ensures stable supply, uncompromising quality, and a wide variety of kashrut certifications, so that every community, in every country, can receive the products it needs without compromise.
