Part B – Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to every order made via the Website, phone, email, or WhatsApp — without exception.

  1. Delivery Terms – X-Works (EXW)

All products are sold under EXW terms – factory gate / warehouse gate.

Meaning:

 Pickup by the customer only

 All transport costs, insurance, temperature control, permits, damages, and delays — are the customer’s full responsibility

 Global-K is not responsible for any damage/delay after the goods leave the factory

Even if Global-K assists in finding a transporter –

full responsibility remains with the customer.

  1. Transport, Temperature & Insurance Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for:

  • Transport temperature
  • Proper refrigeration/freezing
  • Compliance with regulatory standards (EU or international)
  • Cargo insurance
  • Veterinary documentation
  • Import/export permits

Global-K shall not be liable for any defect, spoilage, or damage occurring during transport — for any reason.

  1. CMR – Mandatory

For every pickup, the customer must:

 Provide Global-K with a signed CMR

 On the same day the goods are received

Failure to provide a signed CMR may result in:

  • VAT charges
  • No acceptance of complaints/claims from the customer
  1. Final Weight & Invoice

For anatomical cuts / meat parts, the final weight is determined only after packing.

All price quotes are estimates only.

Billing is based solely on final packed weight.

  1. Prices

Prices may change based on the delivery date.

Prices do not include: VAT, transport, insurance, or any additional taxes.

The final price is determined by the final invoice after packing.

  1. Delivery Times

Delivery times are not guaranteed.

They may vary based on production load, kosher schedules, factory delays, or external factors.

Global-K shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss caused by delays.

  1. Order Cancellation / Order Changes

After a deposit or payment is made:

 Orders cannot be cancelled

 Orders cannot be changed (quantity / product / type)

All orders are final.

  1. Certifications, Kosher Documents & Veterinary Approvals

Any request for additional documents (such as permits, special kosher certifications, import certificates, VET documents, etc.):

 Requires additional payment

 Is the customer’s responsibility

 Is subject to factory availability

  1. User Account & Details

The customer is responsible for providing accurate details.

The company is not responsible for damage caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Global-K is not liable for:

  • Transport damages
  • Temperature changes
  • Delays
  • Carrier mistakes
  • Third-party damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Incorrect customer data
  • Incorrect product handling
  1. Transfer of Rights

The company may transfer its operations to a third party without conditions.

The customer may not transfer an order to another party without approval.
